To kick off any successful fundraiser, first things first: Show your commitment to your cause. Personalize your Walk for Animals fundraising page to reflect the reasons you’re stepping up for animals in 2025. Show off photos of your pet in your fundraising posts on social media. Share your AHS adoption story or your connection to our mission. Tell your community why you’re passionate about helping local animals. And consider making a personal donation to inspire your friends and family to do the same.
Every dollar makes a difference for the dogs, cats, and critters at Animal Humane Society!

Jack was found abandoned by a dumpster on a cold winter day, his feet frozen to his kennel. Animal Humane Society’s veterinary team quickly got to work providing urgent medical care — and thanks to their dedication and lots of warm, cozy blankets, it wasn’t long before Jack was back on all four paws and ready to find a loving new home.
Share Jack's story on Facebook. Visit the Walk for Animals event page and share Jack's story — and a link to your personal fundraising page — with your network. Not fundraising on Facebook? Copy and paste Jack's photo and story to share via email or another social media platform.
