Last year I also volunteered at AHS' major fund-raiser, the Walk for Animals. What a fun day! More than 9,000 people brought their dogs, cats, rabbits, snakes, chickens, and other critters. There was music, food, games, pet-related swag, and great opportunities for pet and people watching.
Like many events, the walk has gone virtual this year, and I hope for your support as I participate. (I promise to find a virtual dog.)
Every year, thousands of dogs, cats, and critters come to Animal Humane Society in need of a second chance. Animal Humane Society provides these animals with food, shelter, medical care, and most importantly, the love they deserve. Although they are temporarily closed to the public, they still continue to provide essential services.
These animals rely on the support of compassionate individuals like us. And in the wake of recent world events, the animals need you now, more than ever.
Every gift makes a difference, no matter the amount. Your generosity ensures AHS has the resources to care for and protect every animal that comes through their doors. Your gift also helps me get closer to reaching my goal.
Please support me -- and the animals -- with your donation today. Together, we can make happy new beginnings possible! Thank you for your kindness and generosity.
